Process: Historic Preservation
In addition to her other responsibilities at New Leaf, Ms. Miller shares her enthusiasm for cultural landscape history and historic preservation with clients by offering a variety of research, writing, and planning services.
The Process:
- We meet to review your project goals, and review existing information, documentation, and other materials relevant to the project.
- New Leaf will provide client with a proposal for the agreed upon scope of work, an hourly fee for services, and an agreed upon “cost limit not to exceed” for the first phase of work.
- Once the first phase of work has been completed, we will meet to review findings and discuss whether next steps are required, what those steps entail, define deliverables, and review cost estimates. This type of work will be iterative in nature.
