Process: Installation Oversight

Once the New Leaf plans are completed, we are available to manage the full realization of your plans.

The Process

• Upon your authorization, New Leaf will work with the appropriate contractors to define the project timeline and budget.
• New Leaf will meet with the client to review a detailed project proposal and budget estimate, and to answer questions.
• Once the installation proposal is accepted, New Leaf will finalize the installation schedule.
• New Leaf will supervise sub-contractors throughout the implementation process until project completion.
• New Leaf provides regular updates to clients and serves as the “go to person” for both client and sub-contractors. In this way, New Leaf can address any project-specific issues that arise, and work with the team to quickly and efficiently develop solutions.
• New Leaf is available to source any specialty items called for in the plans (e.g. statuary, hardware, lighting fixtures, irrigation, etc.)
