Services: New Leaf Landscape Design

LANDSCAPE DESIGN 

Consultation:  specific questions and/or situations can benefit from an expert landscape consultation early on in a project.  This service is provided on an hourly fee basis.

Design:  from intimate garden spaces to complete property master plans, designs are created to address any and all specific client and site needs such as:

• Specific planting requirements (e.g. proximity to wetlands and/or conservation land, interest in wildlife habitat, etc.)
• Architectural style, historic preservation needs
• Other zoning, districting considerations
• Coordination with architects, building contractors etc.

Design projects have a defined scope and cost which are laid out at the beginning of the process.

Installation Oversight:  once the designs are finalized, New Leaf is available to assemble an installation team, create a budget estimate, and to provide oversight of the team through project completion.  New Leaf installation oversight has a defined scope and cost laid out at the beginning of the installation process.
